Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Sustainability Books for Kids website and any purchases made through it.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method
• Orders are subject to availability and acceptance
• South African orders may be processed through the standard order and delivery options on the website
• International orders are subject to a separate delivery quote before the order is finalised
Pricing
• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• South African shipping fees are calculated based on the selected delivery method
• Free delivery is available for South African orders of R700.00 or more, standard delivery only
• Free delivery does not apply to international orders
• International delivery is quoted separately based on the destination country, area, and order size
• International orders are only confirmed once the customer has accepted the delivery quote and final total
Payment
• All payments are securely processed via Paystack
• Sustainability Books for Kids does not store your payment details
• For South African orders, payment may be completed once the order total is confirmed
• For international orders, payment should only be completed once the separate delivery quote and final total have been confirmed
Delivery
We currently offer standard delivery within South Africa using Pudo and PAXI services.
South African orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated South African Delivery Times:
• Pudo Locker Pickup (Standard): 3–5 business days
• Pudo Doorstep Delivery: 3–5 business days
• PAXI Standard (Economy – Pep Store Collection): 7–9 business days
• PAXI Express (Pep Store Collection): 3–5 business days
Free delivery applies only to South African standard shipping options, namely Pudo Locker Pickup or PAXI Economy, on orders over R700.00.
- Paid delivery upgrades, including Pudo Doorstep Delivery and PAXI Express, are not eligible for free delivery.
If you plan to use a Pudo Locker or Pep Store for collection, your order will be sent to the nearest available location based on the address provided.
- To request a specific locker or store, enter the location name or address in the box provided during checkout.
International Orders
- We are happy to assist with international orders, but international shipping is not included in our standard delivery pricing or free delivery offers.
- Customers ordering from outside South Africa must request a delivery quote before the order is finalised. The delivery cost will depend on the destination country, area, and order size.
Once your order request is received, we will confirm the available shipping options and final amount due before payment is completed.
Returns and Refunds
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp and include photos of the issue
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours
• We do not currently offer exchanges
• For international orders, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or the error is ours
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and product listings, is the property of Sustainability Books for Kids and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
Advertising & Marketing
By using the site, you consent to your data being used for advertising and remarketing purposes via platforms such as Google and Meta. You may opt out at any time.
