Returns

• Only accepted for damaged or defective items

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp

• Include clear photos of the issue

• Items must be unused and in their original condition

 

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges for alternative titles or books.
